The practitioner
Mr Thomson qualified with a degree in podiatry from the London Foot Hospital a part of the University College London (UCL) medical school. He has since worked for the NHS and the private sector in London, Somerset and Bath. He has gained a broad range of expereince from a private sports injury clinic in London to specialist NHS diabetic foot ulcer clinics, as well as helping commission a government funded diabetic foot clinic in Kuwait.
Mr Thomson prides himself in offering a very thorough service and takes a preventative approach to dealing with foot problems, enabling his patients to extend the pain free time between appointments where possible.
Patients with any foot problem from the most minor to the most severe are catered for and good liason with the patients GP and other health care professionals in the NHS and private sector ensure the patient has the best possible care.

The clinic
The practice is within the newly built Clandown Suite attached to the Elm Hayes GP surgery in Paulton. The building meets all the latest access criteria and is suitable for wheelchair users and those with special mobility needs.
The home visiting service
Home visits to patients homes and care homes can be arranged within the Bath and North East Somerset area, south of the river Avon, and much of north Somerset. Nearly all treatments can be performed on a home visit though it is prefered for patients to attend the clinic.
Special rates can be arranged where there is more than one patient at the same address.
