The Podiatrist

"I qualified in 1986 and have worked as a podiatrist all through bringing up my family. I have experience in working at
health centres, G.P. practices, hospitals, residential homes and domicillary work. My practice is a new venture and am
looking forward to building it into a successful business based on my core practitioner values, to offer relief in the most
effective, caring way providing good value for money. I have always kept up with the latest developments but weighed out its usefulness for my patients before introducing it into my practice. I operate my practice in a way which always lets you make an informed choice about your treatment, even if it means referring you on to another practitioner."

"Needless to say, I am competent in all aspects of podiatry, such as routine callous work, nail surgery, orthotics and have a special interest in people with diabetes. I additionally have training in using podiatric acupuncture to help with pain relief for conditions like heel pain. Currently my working week includes three days in the NHS and two days in private practice. My NHS work proves to be invaluable in helping me to keep focused on my core knowledge. I can speak Gujarati and Hindi. I work within a modern practice that also offers osteopathy, sports massage, aromatherapy, reflexology and Swedish massage with hot stones therapy. The premises have their own parking with full access for the disabled."
