The practice
Clifton Chiropody Practice
is the new name for Clifton Road Chiropody and Podiatry Practice.
It is easily spotted in Whitehall Road. Look out for our vibrant
blue signs.
The practice is dedicated
to high-quality chiropody and operates from a former doctor's
surgery conveniently located close to Rugby town centre, but without
the parking charges.
The practitioners
are Mrs Helen Rodell, BSc, MChS, Miss Nicky Granby, BSc, MChS
and Mr Peter Barrow, BSc, MChS, LLB. Each has at least 14 years'
experience of full-time chiropody.
Mrs Rodell qualified
from the Southampton School some 15 years ago. She specialises
in diabetic foot care and also has a special interest and long
experience of surgical solutions for ingrown toenails.
Miss Granby graduated
from Northampton School. She too has wide experience of general
foot-conditions and a special interest in diabetic foot care.
Mr Barrow qualified
from the Birmingham School in 1984. He practices a limited amount
of chiropody from Whitehall Road and has a special interest in
pain-problems, walking-style and orthotic-manufacture. He practices
this from our sister practice "Achilles
- The Walking Clinic", located round the corner at 71-73
Clifton Road.
Francesca Barrow manages
the practice and will give you a warm welcome. Her second language
is French.
Clifton Chiropody
Practice at 11 Whitehall Road practice can help with corns, calluses,
nail-conditions and diabetic foot-care and advises all from a
spacious, clean and comfortable setting in Rugby's medical/dental
quarter. Equipment is modern and well-maintained. We have good
links with local medical practices and are always happy to liaise
with other health workers to ensure the best treatment outcomes.
The practice takes
most credit and debit cards.
Visiting
the clinic
The clinic is close
to the major bus stops (Clifton Road/Lawrence Sherrif School)
and just a short walk from the railway station - straight up Marray
Road, turn left at the roundabout and the practice is 100 metres
on your left.
If you will be traveling
by car there is easy access from junction 1 of the M6. There is
a large car park to the rear, entered from a lane opposite the
Victoria public house and there is a smaller car park at the front
- ideal for the disabled.
The visiting
service
Home visits can be
arranged for those with mobility problems throughout Rugby; within
the CV21 and CV22 postcode areas.
