John graduated from Huddersfield University, in 1999, with a BSc(Hons) Degree in Podiatry and specialised in Musculoskeletal Podiatry within the NHS from 2002. In 2003, John joined an NHS surgical team as a Specialist Orthopaedic Practitioner, where he worked exclusively within Orthopaedics, specialising in the foot and ankle. He continues to assist in these procedures privately, and also follows-up complex foot operations with mobilisation and gait retraining in our outpatient clinics. John is a specialist in the foot and ankle and gait, specifically with respect to gait re-training and foot and ankle mobilisation, as well as being a surgical 1st assistant and musculoskeletal specialist Podiatrist. |

Nicola graduated in 1999 from Huddersfield University, with a 1st class BSc(Hons) Degree in Podiatry. She has since worked across a number of specialisms in the NHS and private practice, including Podiatric (foot) Surgery, Musculoskeletal Podiatry, Diabetes, Vascular, Tissue Viability and Occupational Health. Her last position in the NHS was as Co-Head of Hospital Podiatry at Queen Elizabeth Hospital, in King s Lynn, which she left in 2006 to work privately, full time, as a Musculoskeletal Specialist Podiatrist. Nicola is as a specialist in the foot and ankle and gait analysis, providing foot orthoses, ankle foot orthoses, splints and exercises to help rehabilitate all foot and ankle conditions. |

the clinic
Please allow up to 1 hour
for your first appointment. Follow-up appointments are typically 30 minutes.
Please arrive 10 mins early for your first appointment and if you are having a biomechanical assessment bring a pair of shorts and a selection of your shoes.
Nail surgery is arranged for an appointment following a new patient
assessment unless in exceptional circumstances. However short
term relief of symptoms is usually possible in the first appointment.
